Since we started in 1984, we’ve worked with over 400,000 long-term unemployed. We have a strong record of getting people into sustainable jobs – 90% of the people we help find a job are still in employment 3 months later, 76% in employment 12 months on.

We run a number of services and projects to help a wide range of people in the community – from homeless people to the disabled to single parents. Supporting people on the road back to employment and giving back their independence literally transforms lives.
