Independent evaluation

Our mission is to help people find and keep a job. We monitor every one of our employment initiatives at key stages and a number of our projects have also been independently evaluated. The figures show that our unique blend of one-to-one support and job matching gets a significant number of people back to work. For example, evaluation of our work by Oxford Economic Forecasting showed that 90% of individuals we help are still in work 3 months later, 76% 12 months on.
